How are shipping/delivery charges calculated for online orders?
Delivery charges for bulk items, such as rock and mulch, are based on driving distance as determined by zip code and the number of deliveries. Because each bulk product is delivered separately, the number of bulk products and quantities of each in your order will determine the number of deliveries. Up to 6 yards of rock typically will require one delivery. Up to 10 yards of mulch typically will require one delivery. Orders exceeding these amounts will require additional deliveries. Landscaping accessories, such as vinyl edging, black poly and weed block fabric, do not add to delivery charges.
Where can I get products shipped or delivered?
We deliver bulk items, such as rock and mulch, and landscaping accessories, such as vinyl edging, black poly and weed block fabric, anywhere in the seven-county Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area and select areas of western Wisconsin. What if I need less than a full yard of product?
Contact your nearest Patio Town store to arrange partial-quantity orders.
Can I place an order for pick up instead of delivery?
Yes. Contact your nearest Patio Town store to arrange pick up.
Can I specify where I want materials dumped?
We will dump materials in your driveway only, right side or left side.
Do I have to be home for delivery?
No. If you will not be home, you should mark with chalk, colored tape, tarp or other indicator where on your driveway you want materials dumped.
Can I return unused materials?
